We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of a beautiful private estate for a busy Mediterranean family. This role demands a 5-star estate or superyacht background, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail along with a proactive and positive attitude.
With three teenagers and a gentle German Shepherd, this dynamic household requires someone who is proactive, physically fit and confident in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, meal preparation, and household organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in keeping a family home well maintained and running smoothly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the home
- Daily: General tidying, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and managing laundry, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe organisation.
- Weekly: Deep cleaning of bathrooms and showers, changing and laundering all bed linens.
- Prepare fresh, high-quality produce for Mediterranean-style meals, ensuring everything is ready for the family to cook.
- Monitor pantry and fridge stock, rotate food, and compile a daily grocery list
- Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry-cleaning, post-office visits and anything else as and when required.
- Provide occasional evening or weekend assistance when the family is hosting events
- Feed and help care for their dog when required.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive house manual for smooth household operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 5-star private estate or superyacht environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cooking.
- Previous experience working with European families is highly regarded.
- Physically fit and energetic and able to work autonomously.
- Confident in the kitchen, able to do meal prep, follow a recipe and assist the principal on occasion with cooking.
- A positive, happy demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Neurodivergent children is preferred.
- CPR & First Aid certification required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable car.

Job Conditions:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) across 5 days.
- Start time ideally 8:00 am (flexible for the right candidate).
