We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual who thrives in a multifaceted role to support a busy family in Brisbane. This dynamic position combines managing the household assisting with childcare and personal assistant duties both privately and on occasions business tasks as well.  The ideal candidate will have experience within private households, possess a keen eye for detail and enjoy a varied day, within a lovely pet friendly environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Oversee the day to day operations of the household, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. 
• Manage schedules, appointments and household inventory
• Light household duties eg. Laundry, Linen changes, managing waste & recycling tidying rooms, ensuring kitchen is cleaned and fridge cleaned out weekly
• Running personal errands and assisting with grocery shopping, ensuring the pantry is well stocked along with other household items that may be required
• School drop off and pick up and take child to afternoon activities etc
• Occasional babysitting
• Confident with meal prep and occasional cooking. 
• Caring for Pets when required. (3 dogs, chickens and fish)
• Organising calendars and schedules for the household and the business
• Arranging both personal and professional appointments.
• Booking flights, making travel arrangements, and organising detailed itineraries

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally have experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication with the ability to interact effectively with all members of the family.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative, be proactive and manage time effectively.
• Professional, honest, and reliable
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record. 
• Animal lover
• Must have own car, however there will also be a car available for certain activities
• National Police check
• WWCC (Working with Children Card)
• Excellent contactable references
• Candidates must have full working rights in Australia.

JOB CONDITIONS:

• 30 hours per week (Mon- Friday)
• Great salary for the right candidate, plus Superannuation etc
• Live out position
